工业视频内窥镜的工作原理和特点

工业视频内窥镜和挠性内窥镜一样,插入部分柔软可弯曲,主要的区别在于成像方法不同。CCD是一种光电耦合器件,可以将光信号转变成电信号,且具有体积小、分辨率及灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰的特点,视频内窥镜正是利用了CCD器件的这种特性作为成像介质。
Like flexible endoscope, the insertion part of industrial video endoscope is soft and flexible. The main difference lies in different imaging methods. CCD is a photoelectric coupling device, which can convert optical signals into electrical signals, and has the characteristics of small volume, high resolution and sensitivity and anti electromagnetic interference. Video endoscope uses this characteristic of CCD device as imaging medium.
探头前部的物镜将被检物体成像到其后的CCD接收面上,CCD把物像转变成电信号,经信号线传一个独立的视频控制单元(其间的距离长可达到30m),再将影像输出到CRT监视器上显示。
The objective lens in front of the probe will image the object to the CCD receiving surface behind it. The CCD converts the object image into an electrical signal, which is transmitted to an independent video control unit through the signal line (the distance between them can reach 30m), and then outputs the image to the CRT monitor for display.
这种CCD工业内窥镜有如下特点:

(l)图像清晰,分辨率高工业视频内窥镜选用的CCD接收面上的像素数(一个像素就是一个光敏元)通常为几十万个,如工业常用的l/2"CCD摄像头有440,000像素(752H>5S2V),远远超过了光纤传像束的单丝数量,因此拥有极高的图像分辨率,同时还了光纤固有的模糊不清及蜂房影像。另一个特性是图像的亮度高,由于CCD接收面靠近被检物,因此相对于刚性内窥镜中的转像透镜组或挠性内窥镜中的传像光纤而言几乎没有什么光能损失,可获得高亮度的清晰图像。

Because the CCD receiving surface is close to the tested object, there is almost no light energy loss compared with the image conversion lens group in the rigid endoscope or the image transmission fiber in the flexible endoscope A clear image with high brightness can be obtained.
(2)延长了检验长度,由于光量损失,挠性内窥镜的长度有限,而视频内窥镜从被检处到控制器之间的距离可延长到30m,大大提高了检查范围。

(3)可供多人同时观察,使检查效果更客观准确。

(4)文档管理,通过控制器,图像可保存或打印,或经视频卡将信号接入计算机,进行图像采集、存储、处理,检查结果分析、文档保存、网络传输等。
